Our Policy

(1) Price of adult seats
The price of an adult seats is 25 / 20 / 15 euros depending on the location of the seat.
(See colour-coded seating plan of the theatre )
Blue/turquoise seats – 25 euros
Yellow seats – 20 euros
Pink seats – 15 euros

(2) Price of child seats
A reduction of 10 euros per seat will be given to children, with a minimum seat price of 10 euros.
There will be no child prices available for the Saturday evening performance: 01 March at 20h00.

(3 ) Age requirements for a child
The age for children has been set at sixteen and under.
Children over the age of two will be required to have their own seat.
Children under the age of two are admitted free of charge (without ticket) on the provision that they are seated on the lap of their parent, and are situated by the aisle so they can be removed easily from the auditorium should they cause a disturbance.

(4) Senior citizens
There is no reduction in seat prices for senior citizens.

(5) Group discounts
We offer a discount of 10% for any group reservation of ten or more seats, for the Thursday night and Saturday matinee performances only. Multiple payments will not be accepted for group bookings.

(6) Wheelchair access is available
Please contact the box office by phone, if booking for those with restricted mobility.

(7) Saturday evening performance (01 March at 20h00)
All seats for Saturday night will be sold at the full price (no discount for children or groups for this performance).

(8) Cancellations
Once paid for, all tickets for are non-refundable and non-amendable.

(9) Reservation by phone
From Monday 03 December 2008, two telephone lines will be available for bookings.
( 0494 738423, and 0487 758275).
It is not possible to leave telephone messages. Outside the allotted hours, callers will hear a voice mail message requesting them to call again another day at the appointed time or to call the other number.
Our call-centre team will submit bookings received by telephone to the box office via the on-line form on this website. Telephone bookings can therefore take slightly longer to reach the box office than bookings made directly on-line .

(10) Reservations via this website
Ticket reservations made via the web form may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All reservations (whether made by telephone or by email) should be processed within 48 hours of receipt, leading to confirmation of the reservation being sent by email (or exceptionally by conventional letter).

(11) Payments
Payments should be transferred within one week of the booking being made. After this time, the box office reserves the right to cancel any unpaid reservations.

(12) Tickets
On receipt of payment, tickets will be sent immediately by email (or exceptionally by conventional post).

(13) Opening of Box Office
The Box Office will open on Monday 3rd December. Prior to this date, the website and the phone lines will simply inform people of the date on which the box office opens. The Box Office team are anticipating that a large number of reservations will be received and processed during the first few days of opening. The box office will close from 17 December to 1 January and will reopen on Wednesday 2 January 2008.
